SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT POLICY

The following shipping and fulfillment policy provides you with some information on how our shipping process works and what you can expect when you purchase something from us.

When you order small "gift" items such as coasters or stickers, the items will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly from Lancaster, NH. Larger items will come shipped in padded envelopes while smaller items such as stickers will be shipped in rigid mailers.  Standard shipping for these items is about 5-10 business days. We ask that you please be patient as it may take us a few days to prepare and ship your items due to a busy and irregular business schedule. Keep in mind that if any items are still on pre-order, they will not be shipped right away. You will get an email from us when your items have been shipped.

Print and display items such as prints, metals, or collages will be shipped directly from one of our printing laboratories. Your items will be sent safely and securely in a cardboard box that is protected against any elements or potential risks that they may come across between the lab and your doorstep. Shipping times will vary depending on the item. Some items like prints, metals, and canvas may only take 1-2 weeks from the time of order. Other items like framed prints and acrylic may take closer to 2-3 weeks from the time of order. We work with the highest quality laboratories that take extra time to perfect all of the details throughout the printing process.
